App Updates & Troubleshooting
8999b releases regular app updates, each bringing new games, performance improvements, and bug fixes. When a new update is available, you'll see a notification as soon as you open the app — and you can download the update directly from there.
If the app fails to install or keeps crashing, start by restarting your phone. If the problem persists, uninstall the app and download a fresh copy. This resolves most issues. If you're still having trouble, reach out to 8999b's live chat support — they typically respond within a few minutes.
When using the site as a PWA on iOS, you may occasionally run into cache issues. The fix is simple: reload the site in Safari and re-add it to your home screen. Safari is the recommended browser for iOS users, as the "Add to Home Screen" feature is limited on Chrome and Firefox for iOS.
8999b App vs. Website
A lot of people ask — should I use the app or the website? Honestly, both have their merits. But for regular players, the app is the better choice. Push notifications, fingerprint login, and offline caching are features you only get on the app.
The website has the advantage of being accessible without any download, and works great on larger screens. If you prefer playing on desktop, the website is all you need. But for the best experience on mobile, downloading the 8999b app is the smarter choice.
